Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Shipping and Delivery

We will process your order and ship the products within 3 to 7 business days, after the payment has been received. All dispatches would be made through Courier, and we will communicate the Courier Reference number, which can be used to track the package


Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. We will try our level best to refund the entire order amount.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped to you, you may follow the normal return process as given below.


Damaged or stale products

Some of our food products, being perishable in nature, in spite of our best efforts to pack the products appropriately, it is possible that they break up or become stale during transit. If broken, and if not in a edible state, or if stale, please do not consume, and return the products to us for a refund / replacement.


Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. You can return the products within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products, for a full refund / replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Packs opened for use, cannot be returned.
Returns should be accompanied with a written note with your complete details - customer name, address, contact phone number, email address, and reasons for return, along with your preference for refund or replacement.


Replacement Items (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with reason.
If you are approved, then the replacement product will be delivered along with your next order. If the replacement product is required prior to that, the customer must bear the shipping cost.
